confined in my body
my need
pounds the gate
of your teeth
like only your throat
holds salvation.
A prisoner
confined in my body my need pounds the gate of your teeth like only your throat holds salvation.

This poem really touched my heart, man. I have a faint memory of being with a woman once, and it was amazing. I think that it was ten years ago since we last talked, but it is still inside my heart. This poem reminded me of the times that we have spent together. I really cried my eyes out here, so I have you to blame for that. I really wish that she is doing okay right now at this moment.

I write and perform poetry. I have been published on many websites and print publications at various times throughout my life. I live in NYC where I also create as an actor. Acting projects make me forget that I'm a poet for long stretches of time. But I mean to work on that here: I'll be posting old poems, new poems, and everything in between. Thanks for visiting. Enjoy! Archives
